Jerry Kennedy

Jerry Kennedy has been in the Central Florida High School community for 15 years, starting as the Head Baseball Coach from 2003-2011 at Colonial High School.  In 2011, Kennedy began coaching with the Scorpions Organization and has served as a USA National Baseball Team Trials Coach.  Coach Kennedy spent three seasons as an assistant coach at The First Academy (2014-2016) where he coached the USA Baseball NHSI Champions as well as future 1st round draft picks (and Scorpions alumni), Foster Griffin and Adam Haseley.  Coach Kennedy currently serves as the head coach at East River High School where he enters his second season at the helm.  Coach Kennedy also serves as an associate scout with the Washington Nationals.

JK is married to his wife Sara and has three children: Ty, Shea, and Jace.

2017 PG WWBA 16u World Series – Runner Up

2017 PG WWBA Underclass World Championship – 3rd Place
