32 weeks of intensive training. We will train 4 days a week starting at 8am & ending at 11am. Training starts on September 3rd & ends on May 15th. AGES 12U & UP!
Limited to the first 30 players - Registration closes July 15th
Our academy has a history of producing highly successful players both at the high school and college level.
◦ We will teach quality movement patterns both offensively and defensively.
◦ Players will be instructed how to become more productive players on both sides of the ball.
◦ Players will be taught how to become effective base runners.
◦ Players will go through speed and conditioning training.
◦ Players will be taught mental skills that allow them to become more productive players.
◦ Players will be instructed to become more efficient throwers, increase arm speed, and velocity. They will also learn how to be overall healthy throwers.
◦ Players will learn how to control the barrel while increasing bat speed and swing efficiency.
◦ The coaching staff will incorporate technology to help players better understand where they are currently to help them achieve what their goals are.
◦ Johnny Goodrich, Scorpions GM will lead the instructional Academy.
**Coach Goodrich brings 28 years of coaching to the table at numerous levels. He has achieved numerous accolades in the coaching realm. He will be assisted by numerous members of the Scorpions staff.**
